- Perform routine member transactions. These include, but are not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, account maintenance, and temporary checks…
- Maintain and regularly balance cash and other negotiable instruments, as assigned.
- Assist members in person, on the phone, or by email as appropriate with general account inquiries and credit union information. Resolve basic problems. Refer phone calls/members to other departments as appropriate.
- Cross-sell credit union products as appropriate.
- Perform routine support functions and duties as assigned. These include, but are not limited to: verifying, scanning, filing, and reporting.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide outstanding member service and contribute to the overall team effort.
- Ensure confidentiality regarding member transactions and information.
- Ensure all actions are compliant with credit union policies and procedures.
- Establish, maintain, and increase knowledge of credit union philosophy and services.
- High school education or GED.
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
- Proficient computer skills are a must.
- Credit union experience preferred.
