Southeast Branch (Parker)
The Southeast branch, located at 18320 Cottonwood Dr., will reopen the lobby on Tuesday, March 31st.

Update on Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19).

Columbine Federal Credit Union continues to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and is committed to doing its part to keep our members, staff and communities safe.

Branches

  • Dry Creek Branch The Dry Creek branch, located at 4902 E. Dry Creek Road, remains open to serve members during normal business hours. We’d ask that you do not enter the lobby if you are sick or have COVID-19 symptoms. We encourage all members to utilize the drive-thru for basic transactional services.
  • Southeast Branch (Parker) The Southeast branch, located at 18320 Cottonwood Dr., is temporarily closed until further notice. Please utilize the Dry Creek branch drive-thru, an ATM, or a shared branching location through our CO-OP network.

  • Payment Deferment – If you are experiencing hardship, and need assistance, please contact a Columbine representative to discuss loan payment deferment options.
  • Loan Payment by Phone – If you have any questions about the options discussed on the Loan Payment Center page or would prefer to make a loan payment over the phone, please call us at 720-283-2346.
  • Share Certificate Withdrawals – If you need access to funds that currently reside in a Columbine shared certificate, please contact us to discuss no-fee early withdrawal options.

Online Banking

Online banking and mobile banking can be used anytime to access your accounts, pay bills, and transfer funds.

Loan Payment Services

To make a loan payment, please visit Columbine’s loan payment center.

Apply for a Loan

Visit our online loan application. Columbine is committed to continuing to meet the borrowing needs of our members. As such, most loans can be closed remotely utilizing digital documents and signatures.

Remote Deposit Capture

Please download the Co-op Network Sprig app for your Apple or Android device to make a remote deposit. Once set up, the Sprig app gives you the ability to deposit a check to your account from the comfort of your home.

Update on Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19).

To help protect both our members and staff from COVID-19, our branch located at 18320 Cottonwood Dr. Parker, CO 80138 will be temporarily closed beginning at 2 pm March 17, 2020.

Please visit our drive-thru branch located at 4902 E Dry Creek Rd. Centennial, CO 80122.

Of course, you can use our free online and mobile banking tools for Apple or Android devices.

You can also visit our ATMs and shared branching locations through our CO-OP network. We do recommend calling the location to ensure they are open.

Amid growing concerns around the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), we are taking this opportunity to update you on our readiness plan. The health and safety of our members, employees, and community is our top priority. We will continue to follow guidance from federal, state and local agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health organizations. Here is an update regarding extra safety measures we have put in place along with tips to help you access your accounts.

For Our Members

  • Your funds are safe and secure and are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
  • We have greatly enhanced our members’ remote access to their accounts over the years. You can do almost everything through our mobile app 24/7 that you can do in a branch.
  • Login to online banking to manage your account, transfer balances, and more.
  • Use mobile banking to keep an eye on your account, transfer balances, deposit checks and more. To download mobile banking, please click here for Apple or Google Play.
  • Utilize the convenience of our online deposit and loan application systems on our website to apply for deposit, loan, and mortgage accounts.
  • Visit an ATM or one of our branches.
  • Protect yourself from scams. If we reach out to you, we won’t ask for confidential information such as your name, password, personal identification number (PIN), or other account information.
  • Please follow the CDC’s suggested hygiene practices to reduce the spread of the virus.
  • If you have been affected by COVID-19 and need help with your account, please contact us.

In Our Branches

  • Increasing janitorial disinfecting and services
  • Cleaning commonly used areas more often, including surfaces doorknobs, phones, handrails, counters, and ATMs
  • Sanitizing restrooms more frequently and restocking with supplies, including soap, paper towels
  • Adding extra hand sanitizer at teller stations
  • Providing disposable gloves in the lobbies for our members to use
  • Partnering with our suppliers to replenish high-demand preparedness products

For Our Team Members

  • Building awareness around preventing the spread of disease
  • Closely monitoring health and well-being
  • Providing hand sanitizer and tissues in breakrooms and meeting rooms
  • Asking them to stay home if they, or someone in their household, are sick
