OR 2) Mail-in: To receive one (1) entry without a purchase write your complete name, mailing address, day time phone number (with area code) and date of birth on a 3” x 5” postcard and mail postcard entry to Columbine Federal Credit Union Jersey Giveaway, 74902 E. Dry Creek Road, Centennial, CO 80122. Entries must be postmarked by the final day of the month to be entered.
